Profile
Ann Dey holds a Ph.D. in Community Psychology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and has worked in the field of HIV/AIDS services since 1993. Her areas of research interests include:
- Program Evaluation
- Program Development
- Community Based Needs Assessment
- Quality Assurance Planning
Dr. Dey has coordinated the HIV Prevention Community Planning Support and Development (HPCPSDI) since 2001 under a grant from the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services, Division of HIV, STD and TB Services (NJDHSS, DHSTS). She has conducted research and evaluation activities for national funders such as Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and the Office of Minority Health. Dr. Dey has presented her work at conferences sponsored by the CDC, the International AIDS Society and the American Psychological Association (APA). Dr. Dey also reviews federal grant submissions to CDC, HRSA, and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
