Profile
Tanjika Williams-Parks is a Rutgers Alumni, and holds a Bachelors in Public Health and Masters in Public Administration. She has worked in
the field of HIV/AIDS in the areas of treatment, prevention, and counseling and testing since 2002.
Statewide Technical Assistance
Williams-Parks is a Program Coordinator I on the HIV Prevention CPSDI team providing the following types of technical assistance for
Division of HIV, STD and TB Services grantees:
- program development
- program evaluation
- quality assurance planning
- needs assessment (including conducting focus groups)
- EBI support including:
- coordinating quarterly meetings
- maintaining a web based clearinghouse of materials
- coordinating a listserv
- providing fidelity monitoring visits
Statewide Training
Williams-Parks provides training in Healthy Relationships curriculum (from Centers for Disease Control's EBIs). She
also provides training in Effective Facilitation Skills, Stigma, and Holistic Health Recovery Program.
