Tanjika Williams-Parks is a Rutgers Alumni, and holds a Bachelors in Public Health and Masters in Public Administration. She has worked in the field of HIV/AIDS in the areas of treatment, prevention, and counseling and testing since 2002.

Statewide Technical Assistance

Williams-Parks is a Program Coordinator I on the HIV Prevention CPSDI team providing the following types of technical assistance for Division of HIV, STD and TB Services grantees:

  • program development
  • program evaluation
  • quality assurance planning
  • needs assessment (including conducting focus groups)
  • EBI support including:
    • coordinating quarterly meetings
    • maintaining a web based clearinghouse of materials
    • coordinating a listserv
    • providing fidelity monitoring visits

Statewide Training

Williams-Parks provides training in Healthy Relationships curriculum (from Centers for Disease Control's EBIs). She also provides training in Effective Facilitation Skills, Stigma, and Holistic Health Recovery Program.
